To give you a little bit more information, I specialise in conducting laid back, fun and personalised weddings that have a strong focus on celebrating my couples. I like to work closely with my couples to make sure that their wedding is portrayed exactly how you want it. Whether that be in a loud, fun filled ceremony, or a small intimate get together with just your favourite people, or anywhere in between. My absolute favourite ceremonies are when we can get the balance of big day gravitas and everyday humour completely right.
My fee for weddings in 2024 is $1700, and in 2025 $1850, but for anyone booking that I’ve met at the Projekt open day I’m offering a discount to $1,600. This includes me writing a custom ceremony for you, access to all of my resources (including being sent music and reading suggestions, advice on how to write your vows etc), management of the legal documents, lodging this with the BDM, the use of my sound system etc. I use a mixture of phone, Zoom and in person meetings to go through the preparations for your wedding as I want to understand as much as possible about how I can create the best possible ceremony for you both. My quote includes any travel costs and GST, and the only thing I charge extra for is if you would like me to MC your wedding.
As an MC I see my role as part logistics, part entertainment and would work with the rest of your vendors to make sure that your evening runs as smoothly as possible. This would also mean that I assist in creating the runsheet for the reception, making sure everyone giving a speech is ready and prepped and advising on anything else for the evening. Usually this would be until the end of the formalities, which generally end around 8.30 or 9pm depending on the reception start time. My charge for this is $800 inclusive of GST.
