Maria and Michael - a classic, stylish wedding at StoneS of the Yarra Valley.

A stylish and modern wedding at StoneS of the Yarra Valley.

Despite both being from Ireland, it took moving to Australia - separately - for Maria and Michael to meet.

And yet once they did, it was game on.

Maria’s gorgeous dress was a highlight for me, and set against the backdrop of the Stones of the Yarra Valley it was even more striking. The delicate feathers combined with the structured and sparkly bodice is an absolute winner for me. It was devastatingly gorgeous, and nothing felt overdone.

People choose to get married for many different reasons, all of which are as unique as their own relationship. When I asked Michael what marriage means to him, he told me that it’s a chance for him to show the world how much he loves Maria. And for Maria, today is a chance to start a new chapter in their life together, consciously and full of awareness in celebrating everything that they’ve achieve together.

What they had to say

“What can I say! Precious has been amazing from beginning to end. She was one of the first celebrants I spoke to over the phone and it felt like I was chatting to a friend. She holds many of my beliefs and morals and that's what I loved about her. She has been so easy going and responsive to communications. She made our ceremony so truly us we loved every moment. Every time I watch it back, I laugh out loud or cry at how heartfelt it was. Everyone is still talking about how much they loved her. She was well and truly able to keep up with the Irish craic.

Honestly, if you choose Precious you will not regret it. She is kind, funny, respectful and so inclusive of everyone. She is awesome xx”
